Scope of Architectural Services
AVIRA INTERIORS delivers end-to-end luxury architectural styling, space planning, 3D photorealistic renderings, custom joinery fabrication, global material curation, and white-glove project handover for penthouses, private estates, and executive commercial sanctums. Each project scope is explicitly defined within the signed Client Atelier Agreement.
Discovery & Conceptualization
Initial private consultations establish the spatial brief, architectural parameters, and timeline expectations. Conceptual 3D drawings and physical material mood boards remain the intellectual property of AVIRA INTERIORS until formal commissioning and retainer onboarding.
Design Rights & Bespoke Drawings
All architectural blueprints, 3D volumetric models, custom furniture drawings, and joinery details developed by AVIRA INTERIORS are protected under intellectual property laws. Clients are granted an exclusive license to execute the design for the specified site upon full contract fulfillment. Designs may not be reproduced or transferred to third-party contractors without written consent.
Natural Materials & Artisanal Craftsmanship
We curate premium natural materials including bookmatched Statuario and Calacatta marble, solid timber, brushed brass, and handcrafted textiles. Natural variations in stone vein patterning, wood grain, and patinated finishes are intrinsic characteristics of authentic luxury materials and celebrate organic beauty.
Execution & Handover Timeline
Project execution progresses through four defined stages: Discovery, 3D Modeling & Material Sign-off, Bespoke Craftsmanship & Engineering, and Turnkey Delivery. Estimated completion schedules are calibrated upon site clearance and structural access.
Site Access & Approvals
To maintain uncompromised craftsmanship schedules, clients agree to provide uninterrupted site access for project engineers, facilitate timely sign-offs on material samples, and provide necessary civil permissions.
Retainers & Milestone Payments
Services are billed according to structured project milestones outlined in the project proposal. Final white-glove key handover is executed upon completion of final styling inspection and account settlement.
Jurisdiction & Resolution
These Terms of Engagement are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with an engagement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ranchi, Jharkhand.
